Neil Robinson operates neilrobinson.dev. This page explains how information is handled when you use the site or arrange time with Neil.

Information used

The site may process the information you provide when requesting a meeting, including your name, email address, message and chosen time. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details are not received or stored by this site.

Scheduling email

A connected Gmail account is used only to create drafts and send scheduling replies that Neil has explicitly approved. It is not used to sell personal information or to send unrelated marketing. Meeting requests, approval decisions and delivery records may be retained for security, audit and troubleshooting.

Why information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, arrange meetings, process payments where applicable, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the service, such as Google for email, Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for hosting. Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and audit requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to any legal retention requirements. You can also ask questions about this notice.
